Church Slammed With $37mn Lawsuit After Worker Rapes 3yr Old Boy In Bathroom

A popular american church has been slapped with a multi-million dollars lawsuit after one of their church workers raped a 3yr old boy in the bathroom of the house of worship, according to court documents in Tennessee.

The 19yr old volunteer of Brentwood, pleaded guilty to sexual battery in connection

with the rape of the 3yr old boy.

Now, the family of the boy is seeking $37 million in compensation from the Fellowship Bible Church. According to the police investigation, the family left the boy at the Children’s Ministry while they went to pray.

During that time, the worker raped the boy in the bathroom.

The church leaders urged the family not to file a criminal complaint with the police. They also tried to hide the truth about the rape from other members of the church.

The family, who had been members of the church for 12 years, is suing for negligent failure to provide a safe environment for a child.

The family wants $22.5 million for the victim, as well as $5 million each for the husband, wife and daughter, who also attended the church at the time of the incident.
